About Patrice
‘You are a badass.” It’s what I tell my clients time and time again. Against all odds, facing extremely challenging circumstances, they show resilience and true grit, changing their habits one small step at a time.
It’s that struggle for people to stick to their plans that got me drawn into the coaching business and behavioral change. Working as a coach since 2007, I learned a lot about how the human mind works. Since then, I have learned to successfully apply those insights to help my badass clients, even though they will never call themselves that.
In my coaching, I combine the pragmatic methods of professional organizing with the latest insights in psychology and neuroscience. That combination leads to a surprisingly effective approach, helping my clients to make progress a lot faster.

Founder life
Being an entrepreneur myself, I understand perfectly how chaotic business life can be. And how balancing work and life almost seems a mission impossible for most. One of the things I learned, is that the balance is always in motion. Responding with flexibility is key to staying on top of things.
Over the years, I have been involved in various business projects, such as co-founding a coop for solopreneurs. Before that, I learned about the ins and outs of managing a bigger organization while working as a financial controller and health executive at Maastricht University.
Being drawn to entrepreneurship, I started my first business, Goed Georganiseerd, in 2007 while working two part-time jobs. Talk about juggling responsibilities and hustling! After coaching and training professionals and entrepreneurs for more than a decade, I decided to use my expertise to help startup founders excel. The reason? I want to help founders go faster at making our world better.
In 2019 I became a founder myself, building the Curbn platform next to my regular coaching and training business. It’s been a great experience so far, learning more and more about founder life. And I’m still enjoying it.
